Tourism, Gastronomy, and Hospitality Management Program

A program that includes several projects, that provided vocational training for women and youth, in the fields of hospitality management, food, and beverages, standard operations procedures quality management.

The program resulted in training and creating jobs for more than 120 youth and women from local communities, either as restaurant, hotel, and cafe staff or as home-based and micro & s ll businesses Including jobs created through Jordan Heritage Restaurant in Amman, Salt, and soon in Petra which became among the most chosen destination for the kingdom’s high-level guests. In addition to the job created in Jordan Heritage Cafe and Madhafa (hotel) in Salt.

Beneficiaries /Target Group

120 youth at risk and women from vulnerable groups in 10 Governorates (Jordan).
